Purever is building a global portfolio of engineered solutions for the data centre and mission-critical infrastructure sector. We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Technical Sales - Data Centres to take ownership of the growth, specification and sale of our expanding solutions portfolio across international markets.
This position can be primarily based in Ireland, the UK or in an EU country depending on the successful candidate.
ROLE FOCUS A senior sales leadership role focused on customer relationships, specification, pipeline creation and sustainable revenue growth. Product ideation and product development remain with the relevant Group functions.
Your Mission
Commercial responsibility for growing sales across Purever's current data centre solutions portfolio which includes all architectural products within the white space including but not limited to partition, ceiling and door systems and aisle containment.
As the business evolves, the role will also support the commercialisation and sale of complementary solutions added to the portfolio, including solutions that support modular construction and offsite manufacturing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global sales strategy for Purever's data centre solutions portfolio, with clear revenue, margin and pipeline targets.
- Create, maintain and convert a qualified sales pipeline across priority markets, customers and product categories.
- Build and manage strategic key accounts across facility end users, data centre developers, general contractors, specialist contractors and installation partners.
- Engage architects, engineers, consultants and product specifiers early in the project lifecycle to secure Purever solutions in customer standards, basis-of-design documents and project specifications.
- Communicate the technical capabilities, unique selling points and commercial value of each solution to technical and commercial decision-makers.
- Lead the full sales process from market mapping, prospecting and opportunity qualification through proposal, negotiation and close.
- Define the scale of the addressable market and recommend the commercial approach, priority sectors, routes to market and account strategy.
- Maintain budgetary targets and measurable sales goals for each solution within the portfolio.
- Support the commercial introduction of future complementary solutions without limiting the role to the current product categories.
- Coordinate with Purever businesses to align manufacturing capacity, technical support, pricing, delivery capability and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities where Purever product sales can create complimentary downstream installation or integration opportunities.
- Provide reliable market, customer and competitor intelligence to inform commercial priorities and portfolio decisions.

- A credible and measurable pipeline is established across the current solutions portfolio.
- Priority facility end-users, contractors, consultants and specifiers recognise Purever as a trusted data centre solutions provider.
- Purever solutions are incorporated into customer standards and project specifications before procurement.
- Revenue, margin, order intake and forward pipeline targets are achieved for each solution category.
- Sales opportunities are converted into repeatable product revenue and, where relevant, installation opportunities.
- New complementary solutions are integrated into the sales portfolio as they become commercially ready.
What We Are Looking For
- A senior technical sales leader with a minimum of 10 years of relevant or similar experience and a mature, established network in the data centre construction industry.
- A proven record of selling technically complex solutions, systems or engineered products into data centre projects.
- Strong credibility with facility end-users, contractors, consultants, engineers, architects and product specifiers.
- The ability to operate independently, open doors, secure meetings and generate opportunities from day one without significant hand-holding.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain solution performance, integration considerations and customer value.
- Demonstrated capability in key account development, specification sales, pipeline management, forecasting and delivery against budget.
- Commercial judgement to assess market scale, prioritise opportunities and shape routes to market.
- The flexibility to adopt and sell new complementary solutions as the portfolio develops.
- An international outlook and willingness to travel.
