Consultant, Digital Engagement

On behalf of our client, we're looking for Consultant, Digital Engagement Responsibilities & Duties: Support the planning and execution of MyM Rewards campaigns and member engagement initiatives. Analyses customer and loyalty performance data to identify opportunities to improve member acquisition, engagement, and retention. Work with CRM teams to develop targeted campaigns, personalized offers, and customer communications. Monitor customer journeys and recommend improvements to enhance the loyalty experience. Support the testing and optimization of rewards, promotions, and loyalty mechanics. Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to improve the MyM Rewards experience across digital channels. Research loyalty and CRM best practices and bring new ideas to support program growth. Requirements 3 to 5 years’ experience in a related field Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus Networking Skills Bilingual: English & Arabic – Strong Arabic preferable
