UI/UX Expert

On behalf of our client, we’re seeking a UI/UX Expert to join thier team in Jordan - Amman Job Summary: The UI/UX Expert will design and deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role blends UX research, interaction design, and visual excellence in Figma to create seamless flows, scalable design systems, and engaging interfaces. The ideal candidate turns complex requirements into elegant, accessible, and brand-aligned solutions that enhance usability and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Lead UX research: interviews, journey mapping, and usability reviews. • Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and responsive UIs in Figma. • Build and maintain a design system ensuring consistency and scalability. • Create high-fidelity visuals and interactive prototypes for web and mobile. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams for smooth handoff. • Apply accessibility, responsiveness, and RTL (Arabic) best practices. Requirements: • 5+ years of professional UI/UX experience with shipped products. • Strong portfolio covering both mobile apps and web dashboards. • Expert in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, tokens). • Skilled in usability, interaction design, and modern visual design principles. • Solid communication and collaboration within agile teams. Bonus: • Experience with design systems, B2B dashboards, and Arabic/English interfaces. • Familiarity with frontend concepts (design tokens, Tailwind, web components). • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and app store UX patterns.
