• →Supervise DSPs and administrative staff
• →Manage member caseloads and attend planning meetings
• →Oversee payroll, billing, and documentation
• →Ensure compliance with service, licensing, and funding requirements
• →Train DSPs on timekeeping, data entry, and service documentation
• →Track certifications, compliance, and service data
• →Address service concerns, incidents, and complaints
• →Participate in on-call rotation and required meetings

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check and obtain DPS Fingerprint Card
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases
• Reliable transportation; ability to travel as needed

• Remote, work-from-home position
• Dedicated home workspace required
• Some travel and in-person meetings required
