ARNE is a UK-based apparel and footwear brand based in Birchwood Park, near Warrington. We design and develop all our products in the UK, working with trusted manufacturing partners across both the near and far east.

All our products are available directly to customers through ARNEclo.com, offering a seamless online shopping experience. We’re also proud to be stocked in Selfridges, both in-store and online, and we’ve recently opened our first permanent retail store at Liverpool ONE – a huge milestone for the brand.

Looking ahead, we have ambitious goals for the next decade, and the team firmly believes they’re all achievable. From launching new product categories and expanding internationally to investing in paid media, CRM, and growing our retail presence — the next chapter for ARNE is shaping up to be an exciting one. And this is only the beginning!

We’ve come a long way from starting out in Mum’s bungalow back in 2018 to our all-new, fully bespoke HQ. This space will be our home for at least the next 5–10 years, and while it’s not quite our style to shout too loudly, it’s here that we plan to reach our goals, take ARNE global, and further establish ourselves as a truly iconic UK brand.

We are now looking for a Paid Search Executive to join ARNE, who will play a key role within the Marketing function by supporting the wider brand strategy. This role will focus on delivering and optimising Paid Search campaigns that drive high-quality traffic, customer acquisition, and sustainable business growth.

Through data analysis, keyword strategy, audience targeting, and ongoing testing, the role will support continuous performance improvements, maximise conversion opportunities, and contribute to overall ecommerce growth and efficiency.

Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include:

  • Support the wider Performance Marketing team with the day-to-day management of Paid Search activity across platforms such as Google Search
  • Assist with the setup, launch, optimisation, and monitoring of Paid Search campaigns across key platforms.

  • Support reporting through data analysis and performance updates across campaigns and platforms.
  • Provide general marketing and team administrative support where required.
  • Support with any additional ad hoc duties as required.

  • Experience within Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, or a similar role is desirable, ideally within fashion or retail.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, with confidence using reports and performance data to support campaign and search performance improvements.
  • Keen interest in Paid Search, ecommerce, customer behaviour, and digital marketing trends, with a strong desire to develop expertise in the area.
  • Basic understanding of Paid Search metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
  • Strong organisation, communication, and teamwork skills with good attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion, ecommerce, digital marketing, and online customer journeys.
