Chief of Staff

Your role is to ensure leadership has everything they need to make the best decisions and that the operation moves in the same direction. Your key areas of focus include:

• →Strategic Initiative Management: Support leadership in structuring, rolling out, and tracking cross-functional priority projects that drive business growth.
• →Governance and Business Cadence: Facilitate alignment among Directors, Managers, and global teams. Ensure strategic forums have clear agendas, actionable minutes, and monitored follow-ups.
• →Institutional Support and Organization: Act in organizing strategic agendas, corporate events, committees, and key leadership discussions.
• →Storytelling and Executive Communication: Create high-impact C-Level presentations and reports, and develop relevant materials for committees, all-hands meetings, and global reporting, ensuring an impeccable visual identity and narrative.
• →Operational Excellence: Develop, standardize, and maintain organized internal documentation, implementing agile and simple processes that optimize the teams' daily routines.
• →AI Ecosystem Connection: Support leadership in mapping Artificial Intelligence trends and promote the internal adoption of these tools to leverage productivity and innovation in management.

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of professional experience (Coordinator or Manager level), with a strong background in Strategic Consulting, Project Management (PMO), or Operations.
• Design & Synthesis: Advanced mastery in creating presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides), with the ability to build functional templates and translate data into clear visual stories.
• Data Analysis: Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets (data merging, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for rapid report structuring and decision-making.
• Interpersonal Skills: Proven communication and influencing skills, capable of interacting with different hierarchical levels, from global C-Level to analyst teams.
• Organization & Autonomy: Ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands with extreme organization in a fast-paced environment.
• AI Literacy: Practical understanding of the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem and an interest in applying AI to solve corporate problems.
• Languages: Advanced/fluent English (essential for frequent contact with HQ and global teams).

• Previous experience in tech companies, agencies, consultancies, or scale-up startups.
• Mastery of modern management and collaboration tools (Notion, Miro, Asana, Jira).
• Spanish (intermediate level or higher).
