We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical and data skills to tackle complex, high-visibility challenges and translate large data sets into strategic insights. This role will leverage analytics to drive development, optimize performance, and support key organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversees multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational strategy and deliver on business objectives.
Manages cross-functional teams and coordinates dependencies, timelines, and resources across projects.
Develops and maintains program roadmaps, tracking progress against key milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues that impact scope, budget, or schedule.
Communicates program status and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Extract, clean, and synthesize data, primarily using SQL to enable accurate analysis.
Apply advanced analytics and modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, anomaly detection) to inform business decisions.
Develop and visualize insights through reports, dashboards, and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure data governance and privacy compliance across all datasets and analyses.
Mentor and guide teams on data preparation, visualization, modeling, and best practices.

Develop deep understanding of business problems and key metrics.
Partner with stakeholders to identify core questions and design optimal solutions.
Operationalize insights by integrating analytics into business processes and driving KPI-focused improvements.
Lead analytics refresh exercises and model/rule tuning processes.
