We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical and data skills to tackle complex, high-visibility challenges and translate large data sets into strategic insights. This role will leverage analytics to drive development, optimize performance, and support key organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

→Oversees multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational strategy and deliver on business objectives.
→Coordinates dependencies, timelines, and resources across projects.
→Develops and maintains program roadmaps, tracking progress against key milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
→Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues that impact scope, budget, or schedule.
→Communicates program status and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Develop deep understanding of business problems and key metrics.
Partner with stakeholders to identify core questions and design optimal solutions.
Operationalize insights by integrating analytics into business processes and driving KPI-focused improvements.
Lead analytics refresh exercises and model/rule tuning processes.

Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical problem-solving, client relationship management, adaptability, creativity, emotional intelligence, and effective time management
Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
