As a Field Marketing Manager at Artemis, you will drive regional growth by owning end-to-end campaigns and partner activations that generate pipeline. This is a foundational marketing hire you won't be inheriting a mature field marketing program, you'll be building it. You'll lead high-impact events, executive roundtables, and co-marketing initiatives, working closely with sales to deliver measurable results in accounts that matter. In a fast-paced, early-stage environment, you'll track performance, optimize spend, and continuously improve execution as we scale our go-to-market motion.

Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation of 180,000$- 220,000$ per year, and a top-of-market equity component. A variety of factors are considered when determining the compensation, including a candidate’s professional experience. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed.
