Air Freight Specialist

Hi there, we’re Article. 👋 We’re a North American based furniture company creating remarkably better furniture experiences one sofa at a time. And as an Air Freight Specialist, you will manage and optimize global air freight operations while owning end-to-end domestic logistics for photo samples within Vietnam.

Within the Logistics team, you will collaborate closely with forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure space availability, end-to-end shipment visibility, and on-time delivery. You will play a critical role in enabling time-sensitive sample movements—particularly those tied to studio production schedules—ensuring the right products are delivered to the right place at the right time.

What started in 2019 as a project to strengthen our relationships with our Asian vendors has grown into a permanent operation in Ho Chi Minh City. Article currently has ≈70 employees in Vietnam, across our Sourcing, Technical Product Development, Quality, HR, Logistics, PMO and Accounting functions.
