Now, we’re moving from clicks to bricks and opening physical retail stores across the US and Canada, expanding our reach from digital-first to a true omni-channel experience.
This is where you come in. As a Retail Store Manager, you and your team will be the real-life face of Article, bringing our designs to life and making every in-store interaction a delightful one.

An Operator Who Builds, Not Just Runs: Establish systems from scratch, utilize financial data. and KPIs to drive strategic decisions, and navigate early-stage ambiguity with agility.
A Leader Who Develops People: Build a high-performing team through open communication and clear accountability, empowering others to take ownership through a new store opening.
Customer-Obsessed, Business-Grounded: Deliver exceptional brand experiences that balance great service with a healthy P&L, translating design enthusiasm into long-term customer loyalty.

About the Bellevue store:
Our store address is: Lincoln Square North, Bellevue, WA 98004
Store size: 8400 square feet
Staff size/ model: 1x Store Manager,2x Assistant Managers, 2x Sales Floor Leads (key holders), 6-8 Home Experts (associates)
Hours of operation: The store is open 7 days per week, Monday - Saturday, 10 am - 8 pm, Sunday 11 am -7 pm
Travel: You will be required to travel within the US and Canada. So you will require a valid passport.
Interview and Onboarding Schedule
First Interview
A 45-minute virtual conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background and interest in Article.
Second Interview
An hour virtual deep dive into your retail leadership experience with a Store Manager and the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.
Final Interview in Vancouver, BC
Top candidates will be brought up to our Vancouver HQ for in-person interviews and a visit to our Strathcona retail store.
Onboarding & Training (Vancouver, BC)
If hired, your first two weeks will be spent at our Vancouver HQ for hands-on training and connection with the broader Retail leadership team.
