Full-Time | $22-$24/hour + Annual Bonus Looking to build a career in marketing, sales, and student housing management? Article Student Living is seeking a Leasing Professional who is passionate about creating great resident experiences, driving marketing initiatives, and achieving leasing success. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in marketing, social media, customer engagement, and sales, while gaining exposure to property operations and leadership. You'll work closely with the Leasing & Marketing Manager, mentor Community Assistants, and build a foundation for future growth within our expanding portfolio. Reports to: Leasing & Marketing Manager What You'll Do Build relationships with prospective and current residents Follow up on leasing leads and convert tours into leases Become an expert on the property's features, amenities, and competitive advantages Conduct property tours and deliver an exceptional customer experience Support marketing efforts, social media initiatives, and resident outreach Attend local events and community marketing opportunities Provide creative ideas for advertising and marketing campaigns Process applications, deposits, and required leasing documentation Help maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and tour path Collaborate with property leadership on special projects What We're Looking For 1+ years of leasing, sales, customer service, or related experience preferred Experience with social media and digital marketing Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed Why Join Article Student Living?
