Job purpose
To provide clinical services, which can include; group facilitation, individual client sessions, client treatment plan and treatment plan reviews, Diagnostic Assessments, and client case management. Must complete all licensure required documentation. Provide client centered and trauma informed services to ensure clinical service compliance, outcomes, and client safety.
Duties and responsibilities
- Complete Diagnostic Assessment for all clients within 10 days of admission to the program or obtain previously completed and valid DA from 180 days prior.
- Competent in facilitating therapeutic groups.
- Complete CASII/SDQ, LOCUS, WHODAS, CAGE
- Familiarity with other screening tools.
- Attending scheduled staff and clinical meeting
- Maintain case files on each client as required using electronic health record
- Ongoing evaluation of client needs to make appropriate community and in-house referrals
- Work collaboratively with all other agency programs
- Maintain ongoing, current, and required training and self-development for best practice
- Attending department and clinical business meetings
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human services related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must hold a valid license for an LPCC, LPC, LP, LSW, LISW, LICSW, LMFT, LAMFT from either the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, MN Board of Social Work, or MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Also, three years' experience in the field of chemical dependency with a minimum of two years direct client experience that includes experience in delivery of cognitive behavioral approaches, motivational interviewing and working with co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have training in cultural competency
- Must have training on trauma informed care and person-centered treatment planning prior to or within 24 hours of hire
Hour priority: Evening and Weekends
Job Types: Part-time, Full-Time
Productivity (Part-time: 13 clinical hours & Full-time: 26 clinical hours)
Employee Pay: $28-$36
