Commercial Legal Counsel

Are you passionate about life science? Do you have experience within life science commercial law and related contracts?

If so, now is your chance to join Ascendis Pharma as our new Commercial Legal Counsel.

• →Review and draft various types of contracts.
• →Support and advise on existing and future sales and distribution and logistics arrangements, including drafting, negotiation and ongoing management.
• →Support and collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Product Supply, Finance, Tax, Compliance and Regulatory departments as well as external partners and advisors.

You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Master of Laws or Business Law – and at least 3 years of experience within commercial law and contract drafting within life sciences. Experience with distribution matters and competition law will be valuable but is not a requirement.

You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude.

You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.
