We are seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support our licensed Physical Therapists in delivering exceptional care across pediatric settings. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in pediatric rehabilitation and healthcare.

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Setting: Pediatric Clinics, Schools, and Early Intervention (based on assignment)
  • Location: Sonoma County
  • Support licensed Physical Therapists with treatment sessions and clinic operations
  • Excellent opportunity for aspiring PT, OT, or healthcare professionals

Responsibilities

  • Prepare treatment areas and therapy equipment
  • Assist therapists during treatment sessions as directed
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy spaces
  • Organize materials and maintain inventory
  • Document basic treatment activities as assigned
  • Assist with patient scheduling and other administrative tasks
  • Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for children and families

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Physical Therapy Aide is required.
  • Experience working with children with special needs is required.
  • Comfortable providing services in a home-based setting and traveling between client homes.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assist with therapeutic activities under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Ability to lift, move, and assist children and therapy equipment as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
