About the Role
~2 min readAs our next Partner Solutions hire, you will lead post-sale success, implementation, adoption, and retention efforts for Ascertain’s most strategic partners. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare technology, healthcare consulting, or SaaS implementation who is excited to build a high-impact function from the ground up.
You will own the customer journey after the initial sale, overseeing pilot delivery, driving change management and adoption, and ensuring long-term retention and expansion. Working directly with care management, revenue cycle, and clinical operations teams, you will ensure our platform integrates seamlessly into daily workflows and delivers measurable business and clinical value. Successful implementations will serve as a foundation for future product adoption and expansion into adjacent workflows.
As a trusted advisor to our partners, you will engage executive stakeholders, align teams around operational goals, and leverage data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure deployments are successful, customer feedback informs product development, and outcomes support broader go-to-market strategies.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives in relationship management, transformational implementations, and operational problem-solving. You will help define Ascertain’s partner success strategy, create scalable processes and playbooks, and shape the overall customer experience.
