Accounts Payable Clerk, Part-Time

• →Review, code, and enter invoices for payment
• →Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• →Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships
• →Audit and process company credit card expenses
• →Process check requests and ensure timely payments
• →Assist with month-end closing activities
• →Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• →Provide support for audits and reporting needs
• →Partner with the finance team to meet department goals

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working with numbers and systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of clerical or administrative experience (AP experience preferred)
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
