Job Description
Provide senior-level administrative and project information support for USTDA operations, including information management, conference room coordination, facilities support, audio-visual management, reporting, and administrative management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative management and project information operations
• Coordinate conference room scheduling and training center support
• Maintain event calendars and meeting schedules
• Set up conference rooms, training rooms, and AV equipment for meetings and events
• Troubleshoot audio-visual connectivity and presentation issues
• Support facilities management and administrative coordination activities
• Develop reports, SOPs, and administrative documentation
• Maintain records and information databases
• Assist with workflow improvement and administrative process support
• Coordinate with Agency personnel and contractors to support operational activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, information management, or related discipline required
• Minimum 10 years administrative management or related experience required
• Experience in information and records management required
• Experience supporting conference room and AV operations required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines required
Required Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
• SharePoint and information management systems
• Audio-visual and teleconferencing systems
• Scheduling and calendar management systems
• Database and reporting systems
• Presentation and multimedia editing software
• Facilities management tracking systems
Required Specialized Experience
- Experience supporting conference room and business center operations
• Experience troubleshooting AV and teleconferencing equipment
• Experience supporting administrative and facilities management operations
• Experience creating and implementing administrative procedures
• Experience training staff on business processes and procedures
• Experience managing information and records systems
