As a Consultant within the Value Pricing & Market Access practice, you will help lead and manage teams of Associates & Life Sciences Consultants – working with Partners and Principals you will:

  • Interact with clients to understand problems, and develop and refine hypotheses to test
  • Structure complex strategic and analytical problems that constitute the core of the team’s work
  • Lead the daily operations of the team in executing and synthesizing analyses into key findings and actionable recommendation and participate in delivering these recommendations to our clients

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Consultant position will:

  • Have demonstrated excellence during their academic career (MBA or post-graduate degree is preferred but not required).
  • Previous employment experiences (minimum 3-4 years’ work experience) with other top-tier consulting firms or within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries.
  • Experience with payer and pricing methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Knowledge on how payer systems work across global markets and how to navigate them to ensure optimal access and reimbursement
  • Experience in developing global Value, Pricing and Access strategies across various client types and therapy areas
  • An understanding of core European Access and Pricing landscape, the opportunities and challenges that they present for pharma and biotech clients
  • Experience developing discussion guides, facilitating interviews and analyzing data
  • Proven analytical capabilities, presentation skills, team management and detail orientation
  • A strong team player with a desire to facilitate collaboration
  • Experience managing and coaching junior team members
