We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Logistics and Export Compliance Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations team in Houston. This is a key role where you’ll coordinate global shipments, support customer deliveries, and ensure export/import compliance runs smoothly from start to finish


What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating domestic and international shipments, ensuring deliveries meet customer requirements and timelines.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, customs clearance, and export/import documentation in line with compliance regulations.
  • Track shipments from facility to destination, providing updates and resolving any logistics issues quickly.
  • Support contract administration, delivery note management, and reporting for export licence usage and audits.
  • Inspect returned rental equipment, record discrepancies, and raise notifications for missing or damaged items.
  • Procure warehouse supplies and parts while helping maintain an organised, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.


What experience you'll bring:

  • Experienced with Logistics control and track record with import and export compliance
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a technical environment
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads to meet different deadlines with strong attention to detail
