- Manage end-to-end digital campaign execution including media planning, budgeting, deployment, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Drive brand visibility, consideration, engagement, traffic, and media effectiveness through data-driven digital media strategies.
- Support performance marketing initiatives across channels with a focus on efficient traffic acquisition, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage and optimize brand websites, ensuring strong user experience, content effectiveness, campaign integration, and alignment with overall digital marketing objectives.
- Plan and optimize campaigns across e-commerce and marketplace platforms to support business growth and sales objectives.
- Manage digital media budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to maximize reach, engagement, traffic, and ROI.
- Continuously monitor and optimize media performance across platforms using analytics, attribution models, dashboards, and platform insights.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns and alignment with overall communication objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams/agencies to guide development of media-first digital creatives and content formats across static, video, and performance assets.
- Stay updated on digital media trends, platform updates, audience behavior, and industry best practices to recommend innovative and effective media solutions.
- Lead agency and partner management across media planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Master’s degree in marketing, Digital Media Management or a related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in digital media marketing, media planning, and campaign management, preferably within consumer-facing or lifestyle brands.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, DV360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), marketplace media platforms, and other relevant media and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of digital media strategy, audience planning, media effectiveness, attribution and campaign optimization.
- Experience managing large-scale media budgets across brand and performance campaigns.
- Understanding of performance marketing principles including traffic acquisition, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and agency management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional travel may be required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
