As Senior / Lead, People Process & Services, Global at ASM, you play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact HR support across the employee lifecycle within a dynamic, global, and innovation-driven organization globally. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you contribute to shaping a world-class employee experience while ensuring operational excellence in HR service delivery.
Responsibilities

- →Support the implementation of global and regional HR initiatives and programs.
- →Lead the People Services transformation roadmap, focusing on process standardization, automation, and scalability.
- →Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and improved employee experience.
- →Participate in change management efforts related to organizational transformation and system enhancements.
- →Lead People Services region leads as part of governance team to drive global alignment and operational excellence within regions.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR Operations experience in a global, matrixed organization.
- Experience in leading HR transformation in a People Services setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Comfortable with flexible working hours to support global collaboration.
