Senior Lead, Supply Planning

Ensure material availability and supply continuity for Contract Manufacturing (CM) and Gas categories by translating demand signals into robust, forward-looking supply plans. Drive planning discipline across supplier capacity, inventory policies, and replenishment strategies to balance service levels, risk, and working capital while ensuring scalable and resilient operations.

• →Own supply planning for CM and Gas across the end-to-end value chain.
• →Translate demand/forecast into executable supply and capacity plans with a forward-looking perspective
• →Define and govern scheduling agreements and supplier capacity frameworks
• →Drive alignment across Demand Planning, ECO Planning, Sourcing, and Inventory Planning
• →Ensure proactive risk identification, mitigation, and decision-making on supply scenarios
• →Own accountability for material availability, inventory health, and supplier execution performance

• Govern MRP and planning parameters to ensure accurate translation of demand into material requirements
• Manage supply planning balancing forward demand signals vs historical consumption trends 
• Monitor planning master data performance (leadtimes, MOQ, lot size, safety stock) and trigger corrective actions or parameter adjustments in collaboration with Sourcing and Inventory Planning to ensure alignment with supply realities
• Drive continuous improvement of planning accuracy and execution reliability

• Design and manage supplier scheduling agreement requirements (forecast commitments, flexibility windows, capacity reservations)
• Monitor supplier capacity vs evolving demand requirements (mid/long-term horizon)
• Define capacity allocation and prioritization rules in constrained scenarios
• Drive level-loading strategies to optimize supplier utilization and stability

• Develop time-phased supply plans ensuring material availability across CM and Gas
• Own Gross Demand Plan (GDP) and requirement alignment with supplier commitments
• Translate demand insights (forecast changes, ramp-up/ramp-down) into supply actions
• Coordinate with Demand Planning to ensure alignment between forecasts and supply capabilities
• Manage supply scenarios to support new product introduction (NPI) and lifecycle transitions

• Validate inventory policies for CM (safety stock, buffers, coverage targets)
• Ensure policies are aligned with forward-looking demand and supply risk profiles
• Monitor inventory health with the support of inventory planning team (excess, shortages, obsolescence) and drive corrective actions
• Perform risk assessments (supply disruption, demand variability, lead time volatility)

• Assess and execute risk buy and buffer strategies in collaboration with ECO Planning and Sourcing
• Balance trade-offs between availability, excess risk, and capacity constraints
• Lead decisions on early build strategies to secure supply continuity
• Define mitigation plans for supply disruptions and escalations

• Track KPIs: material availability, supplier OTD, inventory turns, excess & shortages
• Identify root causes of supply issues and drive corrective actions
• Lead process improvements in supply planning workflows and supplier collaboration models Leverage planning systems (ERP / Kinaxis) and analytics for scenario modelling and decision-making

• Reliable CM & Gas supply plans aligned with demand and capacity
• Robust supplier scheduling agreements andcapacity visibility
• Optimized inventory levels balancing service and working capital
• Proactive risk mitigation and supply continuity actions
• Strong cross-functional alignment across planning, sourcing, and operations
