As a Senior Production Planner at ASM, you’ll lead planning strategies that ensure smooth production operations and on-time delivery of advanced semiconductor equipment. You’ll take ownership of complex projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage engineering changes and BOM structures with precision. Your leadership will help ASM deliver cutting-edge technology that powers the world’s most innovative devices.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee strategic production planning activities to ensure on-time delivery of semiconductor equipment.
- →Manage Bills of Materials (BOM), including multi-level BOM structures for complex manufacturing processes.
- →Lead project analysis, demand loading, change management, and milestone deliverables to drive successful project closure.
- →Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet critical dates such as Assembly Start, PMCD, and shipment deadlines.
- →Manage engineering and configuration changes using SAP and TeamCenter to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- →Drive risk mitigation strategies through escalation management, slot swaps, and material allocation to safeguard delivery timelines.
- →Serve as the primary liaison between Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping teams.
- →Champion continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of production planning experience in manufacturing or low-volume, high-mix environments.
- Strong leadership and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
- Proficient in SAP S/4Hana, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage escalations effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
