Agile Decision Sciences (ADS,) a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Records Information Manager 5 to join our team in San Francisco, CA where we support a nationwide contract providing library and records management services to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Requirements:
MLIS (or other Master's degree) and five (5) years of records or library experience to include three (3) years with lead or supervisory or project management responsibilities OR A Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight (8) years of experience of which three (3) should be aligned with supervisory or "lead" or project management responsbilities.
NARA certification is desirable.
Experience with MS Office including SharePoint
Physical requirements include full range of arm motion, including lifting above the head, ability to bend, stoop and kneel, ability to routinely lift and carry 40 lbs. in weight, to push or pull 200 lbs. on carts, to push or pull 1200 lbs. via pallet jack, ability to use stepladders to reach materials on upper shelves. Candidate should also be comfortable sitting at a computer workstation for long periods.
Ability to pass a government background investigation which requires Permanent Residency or US Citizenship.
Responsibilities:
Reviews and identifies records management procedures, policies, conventions and controls currently in place, such as naming conventions, version management, file plans etc., and compiles and organizes records accordingly
Responds to customer inquiries, participates in records organization projects, provides records training, and assists with records imaging.
Assists colleagues with preparing and archiving eligible records for offsite storage, maintains daily activity statistics, and produces monthly activity reports.
Reviews and identifies records management procedures, policies, conventions and controls currently in place, such as naming conventions, version management, file plans etc., and compiles and organizes records accordingly.
Educate staff on records management best practices and day-forward policies, strategies and procedures to meet ongoing records management and litigation hold needs.

Provide administrative support to process current and backlog requests. This consists of receipt, entry, distribution, and; generating reports; correspondence; cataloging (electronic/paper); retrieving and reviewing documents and applying redactions.
