AIM (Assessment Intervention Management) isn't your typical education services company. Recognized as a Best Place to Work, Top Workplaces honoree, Best Workplaces in Texas, and certified Great Place to Work, we've spent over a decade reimagining how special education services get delivered — pairing exceptional educators with purpose-built technology we design in-house. We build the systems that let teachers focus on what matters: students.

  • Innovative tools — Access to AIM's proprietary technology suite, designed to streamline documentation and case management.
  • A collaborative professional community — Optional professional development and a network of experienced educators and clinicians across 120+ Texas districts.
