Community Association Manager

As a Community Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners.

Key responsibilities include:

• →Acting as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
• →Leading Board meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up
• →Managing association operations in alignment with governing documents and management agreements
• →Reviewing financials and budgets, providing insight and recommendations
• →Overseeing vendors, contracts, and capital projects
• →Managing compliance, collections, and risk awareness
• →Conducting site inspections and maintaining community standards
• →Coordinating with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000/annually; direct experience highly considered.

This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically seeking candidates who can operate independently and lead with confidence.

Required:

• Direct HOA / Community Management experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with Boards
• Working knowledge of financials, budgets, and operational planning
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively
• Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Industry certifications or licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.)

This is a highly interactive, relationship-driven role. You’ll spend time in the office, in the field, and working with communities. Local travel within your portfolio may be required.
