We are currently looking for a FT Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.
SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
Provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.
- Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm. Occasional Sunday shift could be required for department coverage. ** Must be willing to work holidays **
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Confer with internal and external customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, obtain details of issues.
- →Receive and respond to customer issues; interaction with other departments is crucial in helping to resolve issues.
- →Resolve customers' service or billing issues by performing activities such as issuing credits and pick-ups.
- →Coordinate cross dock processing.
- →Support customers with internet orders and solve issues to find the best solution.
- →File and maintain records according to the filing system used. Locate and remove material from file when requested.
- →May perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
Requirements
~1 min read- High School diploma or equivalent
- Five years' experience in a Customer Service-related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have excellent critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Ability to deal calmly and effectively with high stress situations including but not limited to high call volume and customer complaint resolution.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail
