Geographic atrophy (GA) is an advanced form of dry age-related macular degeneration that causes progressive loss of central vision.  IZERVAY is an innovative treatment recently approved for GA which has become the #1 prescribed treatment for new patients with GA.  However many patients remain untreated as adoption is constrained by practice capacity and operational readiness.

The Lead, Access Marketing, IZERVAY is responsible for educating ophthalmology practices on identifying, evaluating and treating appropriate GA patients through operational excellence and workflow optimization.  This role requires a strategic, execution-oriented access marketer with a strong understanding of the U.S. retina practice environment, buy-and-bill dynamics, patient access workflows, and the operational barriers that impact treatment initiation and continuity.
