Marketing Producer

Astrolab is The Lunar Operations Company. We design and build the systems and hardware the lunar economy will come to depend on — rovers, power, and data networks for sustained operations on the Moon. We are focused on the problems that must be solved before the next chapter of human exploration can scale. The Moon does not forgive untested assumptions. As our Producer, you will lead the hands-on planning and execution of company events, photo shoots, and video productions. You will turn approved strategies and creative concepts into detailed, executable production plans while coordinating the people, schedules, locations, vendors, equipment, hardware, travel, budgets, event materials, and swag requirements needed to deliver them successfully.

You will partner closely with Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, leadership, photographers, videographers, designers, and external vendors. You will not own creative direction, but you must understand it well enough to anticipate production needs, identify risks, and ensure the final execution supports the creative vision.

This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, calm under pressure, and equally comfortable creating detailed plans and working hands-on in the field. You will be expected to lead from the front, solve problems in real time, and handle the inevitable last-minute chaos that comes with live events and production work.
