IT Support

As a crucial member of our IT team, you will be the gatekeeper of our IT resources and expenses. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of our IT hardware and software, as well as manage the billing operations for all IT infrastructure. We are looking for a highly meticulous individual with strong data handling skills (Excel & SQL) to ensure the efficient flow of IT assets, accurate financial tracking, and the absolute accuracy of our inventory data.

Work Experience 

• →Basic understanding of IT Helpdesk operations, network, or server maintenance.
• →Experience with ERP systems, IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools, or expense processing.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• →Experience with ERP systems, IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools, or expense processing.
• →Basic understanding of IT Helpdesk operations, network equipment, or server maintenance.
• →Previous experience supporting IT asset inventory, procurement, billing, or equipment lifecycle management.
  
  

Working Conditions:

• →Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time 
• →Ability to lift to 50 pounds for short periods of time “with assistant if required”. 

$28.84-$31.25/hourly is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
