JOB SUMMARY

The Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst I is responsible for providing access provisioning support for various areas of our organization, including stores, corporate, and distribution centers for At Home. IAM Analyst I will also be tasked with documenting and updating user access provisioning processes, as well as managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Access Provisioning for Stores, Corporate & Distribution Centers:

  • Provision and manage user access requests for store locations.

  • Ensure appropriate permissions are granted based on role requirements and business needs.

  • Handle access provisioning requests for corporate employees, focusing on granting access based on job functions.

  • Ensure access is granted in accordance with company policies and security standards.

  • Manage access provisioning for distribution center staff, ensuring that all user access complies with security protocols and operational needs.

  • Work with Store, Corporate, and Distribution Center Leadership to ensure timely and accurate access assignment.

 

Administer User Access Provisioning Process:

  • Develop and maintain clear documentation of the user access provisioning process for various organizational units.

  • Ensure process documentation is updated regularly to reflect changes in policies, procedures, or tools.

     

 

Maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Policies: 

  • Assist in maintaining and updating RBAC documentation.

  • Review and update roles and access permissions as needed, ensuring proper access management across different departments and systems.

     

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Equivalent experience is considered. 

  • 1+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT field.

  • Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with access provisioning tools and systems (e.g. Entra ID (Active Directory), Okta, SailPoint, etc.) is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to document processes clearly and concisely.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on improving processes and ensuring compliance.

  • Experience in a similar IAM or access control role preferred. 

  • Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and user access management for cloud-based applications preferred.
