Sheet Metal Fabrication Specialist | 1st Shift | $28-$35 | Florence, KY

Looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Fabrication Specialist. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong sheet metal fabrication experience who can read blueprints, create and modify CAD drawings, and help move projects from design to production.

• →Create and modify sheet metal drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• →Read and interpret engineering blueprints and production drawings.
• →Program laser and turret punch machines (Striker experience is a plus).
• →Develop prototypes and support products from design through production.
• →Work with production teams to improve manufacturability and solve shop issues.
• →Maintain drawings, bills of materials, and engineering documentation.
• →Communicate with customers to review designs and answer technical questions.
• →Help improve manufacturing processes, quality, and efficiency

• Strong sheet metal fabrication experience required.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Experience in a sheet metal manufacturing environment.
• CNC programming experience (Striker preferred but not required).
• Strong understanding of fabrication methods, materials, tolerances, and tooling.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with minimal supervision.

• 1st Shift, 8am-5pm
• Mon-Fri
• $28-$35/hr based on experience
