Student Success Coach | Part time - off by 2pm | Cincinnati, OH

An Academy Teacher for this locally owned company is a visionary who possesses the ability and/or willingness to become skilled in research based, blended teaching methodologies and strategies. Our coaches and teachers have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, exceptional people skills, and work as an educational team developing a collaborative and collegial working environment where high expectations are set and maintained for students and staff alike. The goal set for every student must be graduation, which provides the gateway to become productive citizens of their communities and the world marketplace. This is a direct hire opportunity.

● Required: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s a plus

● Ability to work on a team of accountable/responsible colleagues to attain Academy goals
● Desire to motivate and work with urban students in a positive environment
● Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain high expectations for self and students
● Desire to continue career & professional development activities provided by employer.
● Preferred: Have taught a core subject, and/or an Administrative License
● Pre-employment clearance: Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI)

$25-30/hr based on experience
