Ready for tomorrow: We want to enable your success through interesting and challenging work, performance enablement, and learning and development. ## About the Role The Strategy team is centralized within the Sustainability, Relationship and Impact (SRI) division, and is mandated to lead strategy, including annual and long-term planning and performance measurement and operations (monthly/quarterly reporting, finance, talent processes), while supporting culture across SRI's three teams: Sustainability & Impact, Third Party Relationships, and Legal. As a Strategy Analyst, you will report to the Strategy Director, SRI Strategy, and play a key role in proactively supporting the critical work of the strategic and operational business cycle. This includes leading and contributing to activities such as strategic planning processes, performance measurement, data-storytelling, and developing presentations for our Leadership and Executive team. Alongside, you will also support signature culture and communication moments that connect strategy to team-level clarity, alongside a set of cross-SRI special projects. You are a problem solver and innovative thinker with the ability to take executive-level direction often broad or still taking shape and translate it into clear frameworks and structured plans that others can execute against. You're comfortable contributing at a high professional level in those conversations, and equally comfortable carrying an idea from early thinking through to implementation. This is a 6 month term opportunity. ## Accountabilities Special Strategic Projects: * Manages and coordinates cross-SRI projects through initiation, development, and implementation. * Engages directly with executives and senior stakeholders, translating high-level or still-forming direction into clear frameworks and structured plans the team can act on. * Creates executive-ready presentations to communicate complex business concepts and frameworks in a simple manner * Applies strong project management skills to see initiatives through from early ideation to full implementation. * Conducts external research to bring forward key thought leadership, readings and resources to progress priority projects with new insights. Strategic Planning: * Supports the facilitation of executive visioning and direction-setting sessions, helping shape SRI's strategic direction alongside the Strategy team, senior leadership, and Managing Directors. * Translates SRI's operating plan and the enterprise vision and mission into people needs and priorities, working with the Strategy team to shape SRI's annual operating plan. * Connects high-level strategy to team-level clarity through SRI Town Hall, SRI Days, and related forums, linking daily work to the "Why." * Produces viewpoints on challenges and opportunities in alignment with overall enterprise strategy. * Contributes to executive and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) presentations and other material, and delivers presentations to the SRI team. Performance Measurement & Reporting: * Contributes to the design, development, and delivery of SRI's performance management system. * Contributes to monthly and quarterly operational reviews at the SRI Strategy team. * Tracks and reports on performance against SRI's strategic priorities. SRI Experiences: * Leads and designs experiences that mature SRI's culture—including annual events that brings the team together for connection, networking (SRI Days) and translation of SRI’s strategy plan and (strategy Town Hall) . * Partners with the leads of grassroots culture committees and recognition programs, plus the Communications Director, to ensure the right information reaches the right audience at the right time. ## Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements: * Post-secondary degree in a Business discipline or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in Management or Corporate/Functional strategy preferred; minimum 5 years of direct strategy experience. * Solid understanding across business disciplines including finance, business operations, communications, and people & culture. * Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and systems-thinking skills, including the ability to identify alternative solutions and recommend the most optimal path forward. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate high-level or still-forming executive direction into structured frameworks and cohesive plans. * Experience building, nurturing, and leveraging collaborative partnerships across the organization. * Extensive experience developing and delivering presentations to senior-level audiences. Assets (Nice-to-Haves): * Prior experience in a management consulting environment. * Hands-on experience in data analytics, visualization, or business intelligence reporting. * Familiarity with designing decision-making frameworks or governance structures. ## Workplace Arrangement This position has a hybrid work arrangement.
