Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Identify student goals and design an appropriate program to address goals.
- →Conduct assessments in reading, mathematics, and language in accordance with the appropriate assessment systems in order to ascertain the academic strengths and weaknesses of participants.
- →Develop individualized plans of study for each participant in the program.
- →Plan and deliver effective and comprehensive adult education instruction based on the appropriate curriculum guides and the needs of the population to be served.
- →Plan, develop, and implement lessons that require the usage of higher-order thinking skills by the population served.
- →Monitor and evaluate student progress for the purpose of determining and implementing modifications to the student’s original individualized program of study.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
