Support day-to-day organic content: drafting captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across platforms

Help source and track trends relevant to youth sports, parenting, and athlete culture

Assist with UGC coordination, organizing footage from mentor creators, logging assets, and prepping clips for review

Support content creator onboarding and communication

Help track performance of organic and paid posts and pull together simple reporting

Keep our content calendar and asset library organized

Active, fluent user of TikTok, Instagram. you understand platform-native content instinctively
-
Strong writer with a good ear for tone and brevity

Interest in youth sports, athlete culture, or parenting content a plus
-
Organized and reliable, comfortable managing multiple small tasks at once
-
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Bonus: experience with basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)

Real ownership of organic content and creative support work, not busywork
