JOB FAIR - Server Assistant, Longleaf Restaurant

Server Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.

• →Assist waitstaff by promptly refilling water glasses, coffee/tea if ordered, replacing utensils and clearing plates between courses, obtaining condiments and proving assistance as needed
• →Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met to enhance their overall dining experience
• →Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments and other necessary items
• →Assist with general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting
• →Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
• →Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods or special events

Requirements

• →1 year experience in high volume restaurant preferred
• →Ability to multi-task
• →Excellent communication and customer service skills
• →Ability to stand for long periods of time
• →Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• →Must be a Team player
• →Must be detail oriented

• Frequent walking, standing
• Will walk for long periods of time, possibly extended distances

• May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on outlet
• Varied weather conditions are expected
• Varying schedule to include evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as business dictates
