Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support Infrastructure Project Managers and Coordinators with the planning and delivery of infrastructure deployments
- →Track timelines, schedules, vendor coordination, and milestone progress across active projects
- →Participate in client and vendor calls, taking detailed notes and managing follow-up tasks
- →Help maintain internal project documentation including IP sheets, equipment trackers, project timelines, and Confluence pages
- →Coordinate delivery windows, cabling schedules, and installation timelines with vendors (AV, Security, ISP, Furniture, etc.)
- →Assist with onsite deployment prep and go-live support as needed
- →Travel to client sites for hardware installs, vendor walkthroughs, or relocation support (under guidance of senior PMs)
- →Support the Infrastructure team with inventory audits, procurement documentation, and logistics tracking
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong interest in project management, infrastructure operations, and IT project delivery
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Slack, Excel/Sheets, and project platforms like Monday.com is a plus
- Ability to work in-person in the NYC area when needed
- Willingness to travel domestically to support onsite IT deployments
- Bonus: Knowledge of basic IT hardware (switches, WAPs, racks), AV setups, or low-voltage concepts
