Responsibilities

→Attend all pre-frac meetings and pad walks and ensure proper documentation is completed in KPA.
→Conduct or oversee all soil compaction tests to ensure site readiness and compliance. (If required)
→Schedule HH Coordinators’ shifts and assign daily responsibilities.
→Ensure HH Coordinators are equipped with the proper tools and supplies to safely and efficiently complete rig-up and rig-down operations.
→Actively monitor rig moves by making routine visits to locations to ensure operations are progressing as planned.
→Review and approve all HH Coordinator timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
→Perform post-mobilization inspections at new locations and ensure completion and documentation of Post-Mob Checklists in KPA.
→Serve as the on-site safety leader, ensuring all Heavy Haul operations comply with company policies, OSHA standards, and customer requirements.
→Train, mentor, and evaluate HH Coordinators and drivers on best practices, safety standards, and operational procedures.
→Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, including site rules, PPE, and operational expectations.

Requirements

Required:
- High school diploma/Degree
- Directly related experience may substitute for education
- 1 Year of experience
- Leadership experience (if applicable)

Preferred:
- Rigging and Lifting Certifications
- DOT Knowledge
- Trucking Knowledge

Location: Permian Basin (Stanton office or Depot 2)
Travel %: 80

Reports To: Heavy Haul Manager
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provides direct supervision to assigned employees, including responsibility for work assignments, performance management, coaching and development, and input into hiring, disciplinary, and compensation decisions
