Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is an interictal part of our leadership team.  Operational Supervisors will provide oversite to all trucking operations during their shift as well as supporting and assisting drivers, hostlers, management and support team.

• →Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• →Required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, sit and climb or balance
• →Must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than one hundred pounds
• →Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• →Capable of working a rotating shift, 14 on 7 off rotating between days and nights
• →Must be ale to tolerate conditions associated with no air conditioning or heat

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership industrial experience
• Minimum two years supervising drivers and operations

• Ability to read and interpret documents and data
• Computer skills – inputting data, reading charts, using MS Office (Mail, Word and Excel)
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Communicate effectively with reports and upper management
• Solve problems and take initiative on safety and procedures
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
