About the Role
~1 min readWe're looking for an AI Content & Video Intern who is genuinely fluent in internet culture: someone who spots a trend early, understands why it's working, and knows how to make a brand part of it before the moment passes.
You'll work across Atomic's portfolio of companies, creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. The job is to find what's resonating online and connect it to real brands in ways that feel native, not forced.
This is not a traditional marketing internship. We want someone scrappy, fast, and just a smidge chronically online.
The team is open to this hire being based in Miami or NYC

Track trends across TikTok, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn daily and identify which ones are worth acting on

Concept, shoot, edit, and post short-form video content across multiple Atomic portfolio brands

Use AI tools for scripting, editing, voiceover, and production to move faster and test more

Iterate quickly based on performance data, not gut feeling alone

Collaborate with brand leads and founders to understand each brand's audience and voice

Build content frameworks that brands can continue using

Pitch new ideas constantly without being asked
You understand why something goes viral before the algorithm does
You're a native user of AI tools and use them to produce faster, not as a crutch
You can hold and execute multiple brand voices at once without missing a beat
You have a bias toward action: you'd rather post, learn, and iterate than wait for perfection
You have an eye for what's cringe and what's compelling, and you know the difference
Portfolio or proven track record of content that has gotten real traction (personal, client, or otherwise)
Nice to Have
~1 min readExperience creating content across multiple brand verticals or for agencies/studios
You know how to shoot clean, well-lit video and don't need to be taught the basics
Familiarity with creative AI tools like Sora, CapCut, Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar
Comfort pitching content concepts directly to founders and brand leads
Experience with videography equipment is a plus
What We Offer
~1 min readPaid internship for Summer 2026. Compensation to match experience. Based on performance, there is an opportunity to continue working with Atomic or one of our portfolio companies after the summer internship in a full-time capacity.
