Medical Laboratory Technician

All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee.

After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our physician office laboratory team. This role supports both waived and moderate complexity testing in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely results while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

• →Perform waived and moderate complexity testing under supervision
• →Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams
• →Prepare, label, and process specimens accurately
• →Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (chemistry, hematology, POC devices)
• →Perform and document quality control (QC) procedures
• →Enter and verify results in the EMR (Athena)
• →Review patient visit requirements in the EMR 
• →Prepared for next-day patient visits by organizing required specimen collection tubes and visit materials
• →Assist with send-out testing and specialty kits
• →Maintain inventory and ensure proper supply levels
• →Follow all CLIA, OSHA, and safety guidelines
• →Demonstrates flexibility in supporting daily operational needs
