Responsibilities

→
Minimum 1 year experience supporting desktop and laptop computers, Windows servers, Windows X, MS Office or a minimum of an associate’s degree in a related field of study.
→Ability to work any/all shifts as required.
→Good verbal and written communication skills.
→Must have Customer Service skills.
→Needs to be detail orientated with all tasks.
→Basic Network knowledge.
→Basic knowledge of Information technology support.
