At Atwell, you'll lead meaningful land development projects, work closely with developers and municipalities, and have the autonomy to influence both project success and the growth of our local practice.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and site development projects throughout the Seattle/Puget Sound region.
- →Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and site civil improvements.
- →Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction.
- →Navigate permitting and approvals with local municipalities and agencies.
- →Collaborate directly with clients, helping turn development opportunities into successful projects.
- →Contribute to the continued growth of Atwell's land development presence in the Seattle market.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 4+ years of civil land development experience.
- Experience with site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and entitlement/permitting processes.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.
- Familiarity with Seattle-area jurisdictions and permitting requirements.
- Strong client-facing and project management skills.
