At Atwell, you'll lead meaningful land development projects, work closely with developers and municipalities, and have the autonomy to influence both project success and the growth of our local practice.

Responsibilities

→Lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and site development projects throughout the Seattle/Puget Sound region.
→Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and site civil improvements.
→Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction.
→Navigate permitting and approvals with local municipalities and agencies.
→Collaborate directly with clients, helping turn development opportunities into successful projects.
→Contribute to the continued growth of Atwell's land development presence in the Seattle market.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
4+ years of civil land development experience.
Experience with site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and entitlement/permitting processes.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Nice to Have

Experience with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.
Familiarity with Seattle-area jurisdictions and permitting requirements.
Strong client-facing and project management skills.

Pay Range

$105,000—$140,000 USD
