Leading a team of brilliant individuals responsible for low latency market data connectivity as well as the backbone of 95% of overall data transfer in the company. You will be heavily involved in:

• Designing the high level system architecture covering data dissemination across the globe.
• Squeezing the last cycles and bits of cache out of CPUs feeding our low latency trading strategies.
• Improving data encoding decreasing shared memory footprint and saving bandwidth of our fast network lines. 
• Optimizing connectivity to the existing venues leveraging trading systems and outcompeting others in the race.
• Providing connectivity to new venues widening our market coverage.
• Prioritization of your team work among overall company work items.
• Development and growth of Engineering team members.
  
  

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong critical thinking foreseeing design flaws and potential issues.
• Strong market data knowledge (tradfi works, but crypto experience is highly desirable).
• Strong network programming skills including kernel bypass techniques. Knowledge about network protocols (Websockets/HTTP/TCP/UDP/IP).
• Strong low level C++ skills.
• Strong inter-thread/process communication skills. Lockless shared memory data structures knowledge.
• Good hardware knowledge (CPU, memory+NUMA, NIC).
• Good Linux system knowledge.
