The role:

  • Own paid acquisition on search engines (Google, Bing) across two SaaS brands - AutoDS and Build Your Store - across trial and paid funnels, multiple geographies, 7-figure annual spend. Hands-on seat: you plan, build, optimize, measure, and report. Not an agency-management role.
  • You'll inherit a deep stack of AI-assisted tooling (Claude Code, OpenAI, Gemini) sitting on top of every ad-platform and analytics API. Fluent daily use of Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent is a hard requirement - not a bonus.

You'll own:

  • Google Ads end-to-end: structure, bids, RSAs, keywords, geo strategy, conversion mapping, ROAS
  • Measurement integrity across GA4, Mixpanel, Impact, Tableau
  • Bing/Microsoft Ads as an adjacent channel
  • Daily dashboards, monthly exec reports

You are probably this person if:

  • 5+ years of experience running paid search at scale, including a 7-figure Google budget
  • Comfortable in Sheets with AppScript behind it, (BigQuery a plus)
  • You've shipped changes via the Google Ads API, not just the UI
  • You think in trial-to-paid economics, not clicks
  • You've used AI agents to do real work - generating copy at scale, debugging a tracking issue, mining search terms - and can walk us through it
  • working with a SaaS product
