• Work closely with stakeholders and actively contribute to business growth
• Turn financial data into meaningful insights that influence decision-making
• Take ownership in a dynamic, international and digital environment
• Help shape reporting, planning and steering processes within FP&A
• Take responibility of key reporting processes and real impact on daily business steering!

• →Support monthly reporting and create meaningful KPI analyses for management and business teams
• →Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• →Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and business planning activities
• →Prepare presentations and ad-hoc analyses that help steer the business
• →Improve reporting processes, data quality and financial systems together with the FP&A team

• Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar Finance role
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with financial and business data
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with PowerQuery, PowerPivot or similar
• Planning tools like OneStream would be a plus
• Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
