We are looking for licensed clinicians who are passionate about helping individuals navigate behavioral health, mental health, substance use, and co-occurring challenges.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client
- →Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- →Take responsibility for the clinical needs, services, treatment planning, and aftercare of your assigned caseload
- →Assess client needs, progress, relapse risk, and ongoing treatment needs
- →Prevent, intervene, and de-escalate in the event of a crisis
- →Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation of client challenges, progress, interventions, and treatment outcomes
- →Collaborate with the Clinical Director and multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate quality care
- →Communicate effectively with families and other members of the client's support system when appropriate
- →Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
- →Model professionalism, ethics, accountability, dignity, and respect in every professional interaction
- Active Indiana clinical license required - LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or other applicable license that qualifies the candidate to provide clinical services in this setting
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Addiction Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or a related clinical setting
- Experience providing individual and/or group therapy
- Strong clinical documentation and treatment-planning skills
- Ability to assess client needs and respond appropriately to behavioral or clinical concerns and crises
- Excellent verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal communication skills
- Compassionate and professional approach with the ability to maintain strong clinical boundaries
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards
- Experience working with substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, detox, or residential treatment is a plus, but not required
