Now hiring Electrical Technician Instructor (Electrician / Electrical Trainer)

for our August 24th class launch

Compensation: This position pays $40- $42/hr based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

Are you an experienced Electrician or Electrical Technician ready to take your career in a new direction? We are hiring skilled trades professionals to step into a rewarding role as an Electrical Instructor, helping train the next generation of electricians and technicians. If you have real-world electrical experience and enjoy mentoring others, this is your opportunity to move off the jobsite and into a stable, impactful teaching career.

👉 No prior teaching experience required – we provide training and support to help you succeed in the classroom.

About the Role

National Center for Construction Education and Research (The NCCER ICTP Certification is required before instructors start teaching classes. Company will pay for certification.)
OSHA 30-hour safety certification within 6 months of hire date.
CPR certification current or within 3 months of hire date.
Electrical Journeyman or Master License preferred
